For a number of years, Chaucer has helped businesses successfully carry out logistics improvement programmes.

We’ve worked on logistic network analysis and optimisation through optimising routes, identifying interim warehousing solutions, reviewing capacity and preparing for a potential upturn (or downturn).

We have also carried out increased usage studies for transportation assets, resulting in both a reduction in transportation costs and in associated warehousing costs.
