The Change Management Institute (UK) inaugural conference will be held on 31st October & 1st November 2011, providing you with the opportunity to share your ideas and shape the practice of change management.

This two day conference offers a packed agenda across three streams, exploring the ‘Benchmarks, Boundaries & Beyond’ of change management practice today in the UK. The format has been specifically designed so you can tailor your conference experience and create your own schedule around your interests and objectives.

Over the two days of the conference, you will have ample opportunity to develop your capability as a change manager or leader, hear about leading edge case studies and learn about research and emerging ideas in the field.
