Aled Laugharne is a Consultant with experience spanning a number of industries, including automotive development and manufacturing, steel production, cash management and logistics, and oil and gas.

Much of his experience has been gained in rolling-out Continuous Improvement programs and managing the associated changes and projects. Aled is a certified Continuous Improvement Coach and a qualified Lean-Sigma Black-belt. He has used these skillsets across various subject matters, such as production system design, supply chain improvement, training and development, analysis and problem solving, quality assurance, and talent management.

Aled has worked with a number of major companies in the UK, including Cummins, Delphi Automotive, Tata Steel, G4S Cash Solutions, and BP.

Aled holds a BA Hons. degree in Engineering, and a MEng Hons. degree in Business and Manufacturing from the University of Cambridge.
