Allan Thomson has recently joined Chaucer as a Consultant.

Prior to joining us Allen has worked in a diverse range of industries, spanning from automotive and utilities to the education sectors. He has an excellent track record in Business Change, PMO Management, Process Design and Project Management with over 25 years’ experience in total. His expertise within the Project Management sector being the creation and maintenance of Global Risk Management Processes. Allan has considerable experience of lean process design and has a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification which he has used extensively in his project management career.

A skilled facilitator and communicator, supporting strategic planning activities and initiatives, Allan has a wealth of strategic change, programme and project management experience to bring to an organisation. In addition, Allan has extensive experience in the Business Development and Client Engagement sectors.

He has a BSc. Hons. In Applied Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde and from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, he hold a formal Marketing Qualification.
