John Murphy is a Principal Consultant with Chaucer and has over 30 years experience covering major projects for clients including BP, Pfizer, The Carbon Trust and The Crown Estate.

Prior to joining Chaucer he spent over 12 years as a Project Risk Management Consultant working on assignments in the Defence, Oil and Gas and Iransport Infrastructure industries. From a background in Project Planning, John has gained skills across all aspects of the Project Lifecycle resulting in successful delivery of a number of complex projects.

John is a Member of the Association for Project Management. He holds a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from the University of Reading. He has also authored and delivered training courses in Project Planning and Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis.
