Mike Grasar is the HR Manager at Chaucer, having joined in 2007. With over 15 years experience as an HR Generalist, Mike has worked as both an internal HR Manager and an external HR Consultant during his time, predominantly in a professional services environment.

Responsible for recruitment, performance management, training, disciplinary and grievance matters, he also draws up new policies and procedures to reflect the ever changing employment law landscape.

With a Degree in Business Studies, Mike is also CIPD qualified and was a regular contributor to the employment law section of The Times Online SME pages.
