Natalia Sokolova is a Deputy General Manager. Since 2005 Natalia has been working in large scale, transformational and industry-changing projects and programmes including a European award-winning re-engineering project.
 
Areas of specialisation include Project Management, PMO Management, Business Process Design, Organisational Design and Change within Oil and Gas industry.
 
Natalia is experienced in Business Development, both in the area of setting up overseas operations and in developing and implementing account strategies. Natalia holds a Master’s degree in applied linguistics and MBA degree from the University of Bath Business School.
