As Sales Director for Chaucer Group Ltd, Neil is accountable for the execution of Chaucer’s growth strategy in the UK, leading the sales and business development activity for both new and existing clients. Since joining Chaucer in 2005, Neil has performed various consulting and senior management roles across Chaucer, including setting up and leading large scale transformation projects and programmes for many clients within the UK, Europe, Asia and Americas. Neil’s experience has been gained across the breadth of organisations in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Compliance, Procurement, HR, Engineering and Operations.
Prior to joining Chaucer, Neil worked for Ford Motor Company, BAE Systems, Marconi and Rolls-Royce Aerospace.
