Nick Laslett is a Director of Chaucer and currently General Manager for Chaucer Middle East Ltd.
He has over 20 years experience in the oil & gas sector delivering programme, project and change management. He has led and delivered a number of international business initiatives including mergers & acquisitions, divestments, business transformations, process improvements, organisation restructuring and financial systems implementations. This includes experience of working on major Capex projects for Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and Power Generation. Prior to his role in the Middle East, Nick was responsible for the UK Operations of Chaucer Consulting. Nick is a principle contributor to The Chaucer Way©; an industry-recognised project management process unique to Chaucer, which has been successfully deployed on hundreds of Business Change and Business Performance projects.
