Paul Williams is a Senior Consultant with 25 years Project and Programme Management experience in the Defence, Automotive, Telecomms, Pharmaceutical and Oil & Gas industries.

Paul, a qualified Engineer, was the Technical and Projects Director for Northern Automotive Systems from 1998 before concentrating on a career in consultancy in 2005.

Prior to joining Chaucer, Paul was responsible for managing major site change programmes for Sanofi Aventis. He specialised in delivery of Organisational Change and Product/Process Development projects for other Global companies, including Johnson Controls, Autoliv and BP.

Paul is an active member of both the Association for Project Management and British Computer Society.
