Richard Bayliss has been with Chaucer since 2004 when he joined as a Junior Consultant soon after graduating with a B.A. degree from Oxford Brookes University. Now a Senior Consultant, Richard has gained strong consulting experience within business change, HR strategies, M&A, ERP implementations, benchmarking and supply chain management within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals and Financial Services industry sectors. Richard has carried out client work from all of Chaucer's office locations across the UK, US, Russia and the Middle East. Richard's core strengths are within project & programme management, organisation change and process design & mapping.
