Richard is a multi-faceted Project Manager who has 20 years experience delivering Change Programmes in the Oil & Gas, Financial and Pharmaceutical sectors. Clients include: BP, Shell; NatWest, Barclays Wealth, Lloyd's of London, New York Life, China Life, Legal & General; Glaxo and Pfizer.  The thread running though many of his assignments has been delivery of an IT/Systems component.
 
Richard has an MA in Management gained at Lancaster University Management School as well as Prince2 and Managing Successful Programmes qualifications.

He is lifelong rower: a gold medal winner at the 2010 GB National Veterans Championships and currently Head Coach for the Maidstone Invicta Rowing Club Veterans Squad.
