Rob Taylor is lead consultant at Chaucer. He worked for many years as an Operations Director at the leading global private equity firm, 3i Group and also managed his own Consultancy business.

Rob has led a number of Business Transformation and Change Management programmes as well as implementing several Programme Management Offices and Project Ggovernance structures in a variety of organisations.

Rob has experience of working in several sectors including Finance, Energy and Education. He attended a leadership programme at the Navarra University IESE Business School, Barcelona and has a degree in economics and an MBA.
