Sean O'Reilly is one of our Management Consultants specialising in Finance, Strategy, and Project Management.  A proven Performance Management whiz, Sean has implemented large scale programmes and for both Blue Chip companies in the private sector and large public sector organisations in three continents and multiple countries.

Sean has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Strategy and Change, designing KPI’s used for both internal and external benchmarking at both a function level all the way up to organisation wide level which he has used in delivering Balanced Scorecards. Sean has also designed tools for validation of large scale expenditures involving multiple suppliers. Finally, Sean is an accomplished project manager with projects that have successfully been implemented in programmes.

Sean has a a MBA from Cass Business School in the UK where he majored in Strategy and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in International Business from the University of Victoria in Canada where he also completed a Strategy minor at Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany. He also is a certified Prince2 Practitioner.
