A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Susan has extensive experience in Human Resource and Change Management including strategic HR support to Business Transformation and Change Management projects and the delivery of HR services across multi-site and multi-cultural operations.

Susan has worked within the Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals and Travel & Tourism industries. A graduate of Modern Languages, Susan has also worked in an HR advisory capacity in France and Germany.
