Terry Shane has for the last five years been a UK based Operations Manager with Chaucer. He works with his clients to understand business requirements, shape and resource engagements and provide delivery assurance across all projects.

As Project Lead, Terry has also scoped and delivered a range of Organisational Change and System Implementation assignments including those relating to Procurement, Human Resources and Communications Functions.

Previous to joining Chaucer in 2005, Terry led the Energy practice at the growth consultancy firm Frost & Sullivan, which he joined as an Analyst in 1997. He has an executive MBA from Sussex completed in 2004 and a first class BSc degree in policy and research analysis.
