Thomas Fletcher has extensive Project and Programme Management experience in the Oil and Gas, Public Sector and Business Services sector.

He has successfully delivered business led programmes including Strategy Delivery, Acquisition and Divestment preparation and post-day one stabilisation, Process Improvement, IT Implementations and Change Management.

He specialised in defining Project and Programme governance and delivery frameworks, setting up and running project and programme offices.

He holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Electronics Design and is a member of the Association for Project Management.
